Nothing should keep you from taking excellent care of your child’s oral health. Families have budgets, and we understand. Dr. Pearson and Dr. Hake work diligently to keep dental care costs reasonable, while maintaining personalized service and providing every patient in their care with the consultation time and resources needed for optimal oral health. They will never allow insurance coverage to hinder their recommendation for the best possible treatment for your child.

Dental Insurance, Medicaid & SoonerCare Accepted

As a healthcare provider, we must emphasize that our relationship is with you – not your insurance company. We will recommend the treatment that's best for your child, which may or may not be the "cheapest" method. Please be aware of the following:

• Insurance is a contract between the insurance company and your employer. We do not determine your benefits, and only your employer can adjust or change your policy.
• Most plans cover 50-75% of the total cost of treatment, although the amount of coverage can vary greatly according to the details of your policy.
• As a courtesy to our patients, we will file your PPO insurance claim if your carrier allows, and we accept both Medicaid and SoonerCare.
• Dr. Pearson and Dr. Hake are in network with Guardian, Delta, Cigna, and Humana.
• We will work with your insurance company to maximize your benefits. However, you will ultimately be responsible for any costs not covered by your policy.
• Please prepare to pay your copay or deductible, in full, at your child’s visit.
• Our front office team is always happy to answer questions about insurance, which can appear confusing! Don’t hesitate to call us with your questions or concerns.

Payments & Financing

To help eliminate surprises, we wll estimate the total cost of treatment before performing any dental work. Your estimate will include the proposed insurance coverage and out-of-pocket expense. Please remember that this is only an estimate, and you will be responsible for any portion of treatment the insurance company declines to pay. We welcome personal checks, credit cards, and cash. We also work with CareCredit, a trusted name in patient financing. CareCredit offers low and no-interest loans for qualified applicants.
